As a key part of a 6 million NLHF funded restoration of this historic Victorian park, led by Southern Green, Mosedale Gillatt Architects completed the multi award winning new visitor centre, providing much needed facilities including education, cafe and office spaces.

In addition to the design of a new state of the art visitor facility, Mosedale Gillatt

Architects provided all architectural services for conservation works to historic built

structures and contributed to masterplanning across the site from inception to

completion.

During the strategic overview of the linear park, carried out by Southern Green,

opportunities to improve visitor experience and accessibility were identified.

Mosedale Gillatt developed proposals for ancillary buildings and a new footbridge which provided a crucial pedestrian link through the park.
