Following a series of unsuccessful planning applications, Priority Sites then approached Mosedale Gillatt Architects to design an urban scheme which would integrate with the historic street pattern of the Conservation Area.  A successful planning application was achieved providing 2000msq of high quality office ‘move on’ workspace accommodation and the buildings achieved BREEAM ‘very good’.
